How to Organise a Private Corporate Seafood Dinner in Warsaw

2026 Guide
Published: September 23, 2026 | By the Seafood House Grill & Wine team
A private corporate seafood dinner in Warsaw comes down to three steps: choose a space (for 14, 30, or up to 125 guests), a menu package (250, 350, or 495 zł per guest plus 12,5% service), and a date. At Seafood House Grill & Wine, you receive an initial proposal within 8 working hours of a complete brief.

Why Read This Guide?

Organising a corporate dinner isn’t about choosing dishes — it’s about managing risk: discretion, budget, the business component, and whether one team can deliver everything. The most common pain point for organisers is three questions hitting at once: where to seat the group without outside guests, how to stay within budget, and who takes responsibility if something goes wrong.
This guide answers those questions with specifics — room capacities, package prices, and real per-person costs — so you can make a decision before you even send the brief.

Where to Start?

Start with three things in this order: number of guests, format of the evening, and budget per person — everything else falls into place around them. Once you know these three parameters, selecting the room, menu package, and drinks package takes one conversation.
  • Step 1 — number of guests and privacy

This determines the space: an intimate table for 14 or a full-venue buyout of the manor house.
  • Step 2 — format

Seated dinner, buffet/cocktail, or a working session with a presentation and coffee breaks.
  • Step 3 — budget

Choose a menu package (250/350/495 zł per guest) and an optional drinks package.

How Many Guests Can the Restaurant Accommodate?

Each zone operates independently or can be combined into a single space to suit your format. Final capacity is confirmed after accounting for seating layout, AV equipment, and safety requirements. Zone capacities (July 2026):

  • Main hall + patio: seated dinner for up to 30, buffet/cocktail for up to 60. The glazed patio operates year-round.
  • VIP round table (2nd floor): up to 14 guests. Ideal for negotiations and intimate tastings.
  • VIP private room (2nd floor): up to 30 guests, with no through-traffic from outside guests.
  • Summer terrace: seated dinner for up to 25, buffet for up to 50.
  • Full-venue buyout of the manor house: buffet for up to 125 guests, fully private format.

Which Menu Package to Choose?

There are three packages, each with a 15% service charge. We tailor the menu to match the format and the group's preferences. The packages differ in depth of seafood offering, not just in price.

  • Classic – 250 zł per guest. A set of starters, mains, desserts, and bread with house butter. Examples: tuna crudo, salmon tartare, grilled squid, salmon with courgette risotto.
  • Signature – 350 zł per guest. Extended seafood starters, seasonal seafood, premium fish & meat items. Examples: oysters, St. Jacques scallops, ribeye, sea bass steak, octopus with olives and 'nduja.
  • Premium – 495 zł per guest. Welcome area with champagne, oysters & caviar, seafood platters, whole fish, lobster dishes. Examples: Gillardeau oysters, Seafood House Selection Caviar, grilled seafood platter, grilled turbot, Lobster Wellington.
Optional drinks packages for 2 hours (include beer, tea, and coffee):
Classic 250 zł, Signature 500 zł, Premium 750 zł per guest.

If a specific wine isn’t on the list, we’ll source it for your event.

What’s the Realistic Per-Person Budget?

For a group of 50 guests, the realistic cost is approximately 224−745 zł per person depending on the package — and you see the full breakdown before confirming. Three calculated scenarios for 50 guests:

  • Scenario 1 – approx. 224 zł/person. Shared starters, choice of mains, coffee and tea.
  • Scenario 2 – approx. 507 zł/person. Same plus Grilled Seafood Platter, water, and white/red wine.
  • Scenario 3 – approx. 745 zł/person. Extended starters (cheese board, olives), more seafood platters, prosecco.
The service charge is always included in the breakdown, so the final amount is never a surprise.

How to Ensure Discretion and a Business Component?

Private rooms have no through-traffic from outside guests, and we equip the space with full presentation technology — so dinner and a working session fit into a single evening.

Available equipment: mobile monitor with HDMI, laptop, wireless microphone, magnetic whiteboard, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For closed events: NDA terms and a photography ban available by agreement, private entrance options, and coordination with assistants and security.

What Event Formats Do You Support?

Four formats, one dedicated point of contact from brief to post-event report.
  • Board and VIP dinners

private entrance where possible, liaison with executive support teams, multilingual menus, discreet service.
  • Press events and closed launches

full-venue buyout with NDA and photography ban available by agreement.
  • Board and partner working sessions

a quiet private room with screens and flipcharts, coffee breaks in a dedicated zone.
  • Team evenings and client hospitality

Chef's Table, curated wines, and optional live music.

How Far in Advance Should I Book, and What Does the Process Look Like?

Book popular dates (December, Fridays) well in advance. From brief to event, one person guides you through four steps. The entire process is predictable and handled in-house, with no hand-offs between subcontractors:
Step 1 – brief. You provide the date, format, number of guests, AV and privacy requirements, budget range, and billing entity.
Step 2 – initial proposal within 8 working hours. You receive a space, package, and per-person cost proposal.
Step 3 – menu and space confirmation. We tailor the dishes, wines, and room layout; agree on the business component and AV setup.
Step 4 – post-event report. One assigned lead runs the evening and delivers a summary after the event.
Book December dates and Fridays 4−6 weeks ahead; intimate weekday dinners usually need 7−10 days' notice. We adapt the menu for dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, halal on request) and prepare multilingual versions for international guests.

Expert Comment

"At a corporate dinner, the guest isn’t buying dishes — they’re buying certainty that the evening won’t fall apart. That’s why we assign one person to lead the event from brief to report, offer private rooms with no through-traffic from outside guests, and deliver an initial proposal within 8 working hours. The formal part and the dinner close in a single evening, with no compromise on either side."

Restaurant vs Banquet Hall vs In-Office Catering

The choice of format is a trade-off between control, atmosphere, and the organiser’s effort. A quick comparison:
  • Restaurant with a private room (e.g. Seafood House Grill & Wine): kitchen, AV, and service in one place; you choose the date and package, one person handles the rest. Watch out for: December dates and Fridays need 4−6 weeks' notice; weekday dinners usually 7−10 days.
  • Banquet hall: plenty of space, but you typically assemble kitchen, equipment, and service from multiple subcontractors. Watch out for: more contracts and more points of failure.
  • In-office catering: cheapest and closest to the team. Watch out for: no restaurant atmosphere, and limited live-fire seafood options.
